I Enter restaurant name * , hereby agree to the following terms and conditions to participate as a Foodie Card restaurant partner: If a customer presents an active Foodie Card, the Restaurant agrees to provide the applicable Foodie member discount, equal to 10% off the pre-tax total. Restaurants reserve the right to refuse the Foodie Card on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Easter, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, and Valentine’s Day. Restaurants are not required to honor Foodie Cards in combination with any other coupons or promotions.

Foodie Card makes no representations or guarantees that the Restaurant will receive additional business as a result of participating with Foodie Card. The Restaurant agrees that Foodie Card is not liable for any food, beverages, products, or services provided by the Restaurant, and the Restaurant agrees to indemnify and hold Foodie Card harmless from any claims arising from a customer’s experience with the Restaurant. The Restaurant will provide a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice prior to canceling these terms.
